CNC provides Internet ,Intranet and IP Phone facilities to all users in the institute and also attends all network related problems (wired & wireless), software installation, basic level hardware troubleshooting and maintenance, installation and management of IP Phones.

CNC remain opened 24 x 7 days without any holidays. Any complaints registered over telephone between 8 am to 11pm will be attended immediately depending on the availability of staff. Complaints registered during 11pm to 8 am will be attended after 8am next day.

Centre has Routers, Unified Threat Management systems, web servers, Domain Name Servers and high end switches and video conferencing equipments . Institute has an extensive fibre optic network over the whole campus. The present campus network basically comprise of more than 20 kms of fibre optic cable backbone with around 53 routed internal networks. The internet connectivity to the campus is through 3 links – 6 Mbps, 6 Mbps and 1 Gbps. All the buildings in the campus including hostels, apartments , guest house, Technical Business Incubator and clubs are connected to CNC through fibre optic cable to provide internet connectivity. Other than wired net connection, most of the administrative and academic areas and residential quarters’ areas are covered with wireless net connectivity.
